Introduction

Users of the ShowUp app may request deletion of some or all of their personal data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please email:

support@showup-app.io

Include:

• The email address or phone number associated with your ShowUp account
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted (for example: messages, photos, events, or full account deletion)

What Data Can Be Deleted

Depending on the request, we may delete:

• Account information (name, email address, phone number)
• Messages and group conversations
• Photos and media uploaded by the user
• Events and RSVPs
• Contact discovery data

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as security, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
